Los Cabos, Mexico Marital Legal Requirements

Los Cabos, Mexico requires all couples wishing to be marry in Los Cabos to have a blood test complete at:

 Centro de Salud
Manuel Doblado
Col 5 de Febrero
San Jose del Los Cabo, Mexico

Required Documents:

Birth Certificate, Travel Permit, 2 Witnesses for Each Person, and 2 Identification Cards.

Blood tests from locations outside of Los Cabos, Mexico, will not be accepted by the judge and the courts in Los Cabos and the marriage will not be valid. An additional charge of $500.00 pesos or $50 US per couple will be imposed.
